About me and my Sessions
I am ex professional footballer with Dagenham and Redbridge FC and Barnet FC, a accredited REPs LEVEL 3 Personal trainer, A Uefa B license football manager and I offer training to work on your health and fitness goals.

My goal and passion is to work with you to reach your potential and to become the best version of you.
As a studio based class, I believe working in groups can provide the extra encouragement to keep you on track, where teamwork and friendships serve as the foundation for accountability. I will also set mini goals that are achieveable each week to help you achieve your long term goals. giving you diet advice and the tools to make positive changes in your life.
We can begin with where you would like to be, then make a plan with how you are going to achieve this. Then the next step is 'Just show up'.
Choosing the right Personal trainer is always difficult because there are many options out there as well as plenty of gyms to choose from. If you feel like you are not comfortable in the gym environment or not sure what you are doing and feel that you need to be shown how to safely and correctly use the equipment then a personal trainer is the best way to go.
Here you will always have support and be shown every hold and every lift whilst always being able to contact me with any other concerns.
Session description
I offer two locations, Stock and Rettendon.
Accessibility: If you would like to book an appointment in our Stock location, please be aware that there are 5 mile per hour track leading to the entrance.
Stock location have onsite toilet facilities and Rettendon location has an outside toilet facility

Your First Session with Me
We’ll start with a quick phone call to chat about your goals, answer any questions you have, and find a time that works best for your schedule. Once you’re ready to book your first session, I’ll send over a registration form with some simple questions to help us kickstart your journey.
During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and laying the groundwork for your progress. We’ll discuss how we can best work together to help you achieve your goals. My approach is always centered on you, staying neutral and ethical, in line with the REPs guidelines. Let’s make this the first step toward your success!

Join our Busy MumFit 30 Class on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9.30 - 10.00 am, designed for mums with limited time. Drop the kids off at school and join us for a refreshing workout session.
